1. Frame: The wall is a combination of integral modular wall + steel frame, and the roof is a lightweight steel structure.
2. Roof: 0.5mm-thick colored steel tile, AZM100g/m2 surface coating + 20/5um powder coating. Roof insulation adopts 100 m of glass wool + 9 m of bamboo and wood-fibre panels for the ceiling.
3. Exterior Wall: exterior (9 mm cement fiber suspension board) + shear wall panel (9 mm OSB, 82 mm fireproof board) + interior (9 mm bamboo and wood fiber board), interior bathroom wall is waterproof coating + waterproof bamboo and wood fiber board (marble pattern)
4. Inner Wall: 9 mm bamboo and wood fiber panel + 82 mm fireproof panel + 9 mm bamboo and wood fiber panel, bath area is waterproof paint + waterproof bamboo and wood fiber panel
5. Flooring: PVC
6. Bath Configurations: CE standard, 1 porcelain toilet, 1 shower, 1 vertical washbasin
